Philanthropy
As we learn to share and grow as a community, we are given the opportunity to strengthen our understanding of what it means to be invested in both individual success as well as public welfare.
We are partnered with Cunningham Children's Home - a children's home located right here in Urbana and do monthly visits, supply donations, fundraising and more!
Professional
We pride ourselves on providing numerous events and opportunities, allowing all members to network with corporate professionals and Illinois BAP alumni.
Our Internal Development Team provides candidates and actives with many professional opportunities like: Weekly Corporate Events (with companies like Boeing, KMPG, EY, Plant Moran), 1-1 Resume Reviews, Mock Interviews, Alumni Mentorship Program, Case Competitions and more.
Social
We recognize the importance of forming and maintaining strong relationships with past and current BAP members so we host a large number of social events to turn this chapter into a family.
Each semester, we also have 4 families so that BAP members have a chance to bond in a smaller and more intimate setting. Families host their own events in addition to BAP wide events like family paintball, movie nights, cookie baking and more, and every 2 weeks we have a family competition where at the end of the semester, the winning family gets a $200 worth dinner fully paid for!
