FIRST ROUND INTERVIEWS
This is an opportunity for you to showcase your professioanl skills and interest in BAP! We can't wait to learn more about you, your experiences and why you want to go all in with BAP!
Interview Format: 2 rounds of 10 minute interviews with 3 interviewers per interview
Social Night
Network with our brothers in a more casual setting at this INVITE ONLY event. Learn more about social events we host, professional opportunties we provide, and what makes each brother unique!
Social Night Format: Round-Robin style with time for networking
Final ROUND INTERVIEWS
This is the final step of the recruitment process [INVITE ONLY]! Be prepared to share what you are passionate about and how you will GO ALL IN with BAP!
Interview Format: 1 30 minute interview with a panel of 5 interviewers
Coffee chats
Coffee Chats are a great way for you to get to know various actives and help break the ice before rush! Chats will be In-Person this semester but are also OPTIONAL and will run from Jan 26-27th.
